VOC thermal decomposition β-Spodumene Ceramics (Lithia) Honeycomb

The thermal storage and combustion method with low running cost and low NOx emission, often used as the final treatment of VOC (Volatile organic compound), has become the most superior treatment method. JSC provides honeycomb heat accumulators using β-spodumene ceramics, which are less expensive than cordierite in terms of raw materials and manufacturing cost, and have superior heat storage and acid resistance. JSC’s β-spodumene ceramics honeycomb has proven to have no practical problems in thermal and thermal shock resistance tests, which are the most important properties for heat storage.

Usage

  • Liquid absorption.
  • Liquid separation After taking water repellent treatment, it can separate oil and water.
  • Carrier of fragrance, deodorant, and germicide. It can support any liquid, and keep the liquid for the long term.
  • Bactericide. It can support silver or another kind of germicide.
  • Filter Porous ceramic is used as a liquid or gas filter/separation.
  • Catalyst can keep platinum oxide. providing deodorization/decomposing of exhaust gas and also malodorous component removal.
  • Nanobubble It can be used as a nano-bubble generator. We can also arrange porosity, pore size, and type of shapes according to the customer’s request. Please feel free to ask us if you are interested.
