Green Sheet

Better than ever

LTCC stands for “Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics” and is a ceramic that can be co-fired with conductors at a lower temperature than general alumina. We can meet a wide variety of customer needs, such as miniaturization, low profile, high frequency, and productivity improvement, by proposing the most suitable product type and size, etc., while carefully listening to customer needs.

High-Frequency Support

Adoption of low-temperature sintering (900°C or lower) and low-resistance Ag wiring Low-loss sheet material ε≥5.0, tanδx10-⁴<10~30 (@1MHz)

Smaller and lower-profile substrates

Thin sheet t=20μm, Cavity formation, Built-in LCR possible
High density wiring formation, fine wiring L/S=40/40μm
High-precision dimensional control ±0.1 or less
Narrow pitch via formation ≥0.1mm, space ≥0.2mm

High strength

Thinner substrate 400~450MPa

Clean sheet large size (≦□500mm)

Improved productivity, large-size substrates

All types are Pb-free
