LTCC stands for “Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics” and is a ceramic that can be co-fired with conductors at a lower temperature than general alumina. We can meet a wide variety of customer needs, such as miniaturization, low profile, high frequency, and productivity improvement, by proposing the most suitable product type and size, etc., while carefully listening to customer needs.

Thinner substrate 400～450MPa
